Shipping and Returns
How akvilė reaches you, and what to do if something is wrong with an order.
How akvilė is sold
akvilė is not sold directly from this website. Consumers buy through the marketplace listing linked from our product pages. Restaurants, hotels, retailers and distributors order through our trade team using the Hospitality page.
Consumer orders
Orders placed through a marketplace are fulfilled by that marketplace. Their delivery times, shipping charges, cancellation rights and returns policy apply, and any claim for a damaged or missing order should be raised with them first. If a marketplace cannot resolve a problem with our product, write to us and we will help.
Trade orders
Trade shipments are quoted individually. Lead times, case configurations, pallet quantities and delivery terms are confirmed in writing before an order is accepted. Glass is shipped in protective cases.
Damaged or incorrect goods
Glass occasionally does not survive transit. Report breakages or shortages promptly after delivery, with photographs of the outer case and the affected bottles, and we will agree a replacement or a credit. Specific claim windows are set out in the trade terms confirmed with each order.
