What this site collects

This website has no accounts, no shopping cart and no advertising. Personal data reaches us in two ways only, and in both cases because you chose to send it.

Trade enquiry form. The Hospitality page asks for your name, venue, email address, country, type of business and your message. We use it to answer your enquiry and to discuss supplying akvilė.

Newsletter. The footer form asks for an email address, used only to send occasional notes about the brand. Every message includes a link to unsubscribe.

How it is handled

Form submissions are delivered to our team by a third-party form service and are stored in our email system. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with anyone beyond the people who need it to answer you. We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to answer you or to run the commercial relationship they relate to.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts a Google server and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. We are in the process of self-hosting these files so that request no longer leaves our own server.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it. Write to info@bmv.lt and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania.
